  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Reunion Registration – Marriott N. Charleston, Momentum Room

  • 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Reunion Registration – TownePlace Suites, Board Room

  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Meet & Greet Social – TownePlace Suites. Come enjoy food, games, and fun festivities as we reconnect!

saturday

  • Breakfast on Your Own

  • 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Reunion Registration – TownePlace Suites, Board Room

  • Free to explore Charleston

  • Explore Museum (Tickets purchased in advance)

    • 9:00 AM: Bus Pickup – Marriott

    • 9:15 AM: Bus Pickup – TownePlace Suites

    • 9:45 AM: Drop-off at the International African American Museum

    • 12:00 PM: Return to hotels

Evening Sneaker Ball

  • 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM: Bus service to venue

  • 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Sneaker Ball – Dress to impress… and don’t forget your sneakers!

  • 9:00 - 10:30 PM: Lace-Up & Let Loose

  • Transportation resumes back to hotels

sunday

  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Worship Service Transportation

  • 10:15 AM – 10:45 AM: Family Seating and Settling

  • 11:00 AM: Worship Service

  • 1:00 PM: Dinner after Service
