friday

  • 3:00 PM: Hotel Check-in

  • 5:00PM – until: Reunion Registration – Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia (400 Gervais St.)

  • 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Meet & Greet Social – Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia. Come enjoy an evening of great food, fellowship, games, and fun festivities as we reconnect!

saturday

Day Events

  • Dress attire: comfy, cool clothing

  • Complimentary Hot Breakfast Buffet at both reunion hotels

  • Ongoing: Reunion Committee available for any family not checked in on Friday

  • Family Day Activities: Details will be provided at the Friday meet and greet).

Evening Banquet

  • Dress attire: dressy casual

  • 6:45 PM – 7:15 PM: Guests arrival at Senate’s End venue

  • 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM: – Family Banquet

  • 10:30 PM: Explore downtown on your own or head back to the hotels

sunday (Optional)

  • 11:00 AM – 12:30 AM: If you will still be in town and would like to worship as a family, we will attend the 11:00am church service at Bible Way Church of Atlas Road.

  • 12:00 PM - Hotel Check-out
