Thank you for your interest in attending the 2026 Eugene and Rosa Capers Family Reunion. It will be held in Columbia, SC on June 5-6, 2026. We look forward to this opportunity to bond with and reconnect our family!

The Planning Committee is excited to share registration/hotel information, and weekend details that have been secured thus far. Below are links to the editable reunion registration form and the hotel site. The registration form is fillable from any device (i.e., cell phone, tablet, computer). 

1. Registration is now officially open, and we have started collecting money to cover the reunion expenses. Complete the reunion registration form, Capers Reunion Registration, for all members attending, regardless of their age. One member can be the primary registrant on the form, and you can add up to 8 additional members for registration per form. 

Electronic payments are accepted via Zelle using number 803-686-4286 for Mary Junior. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Capers Family Reunion, c/o Mary Junior, 219 Feedlot Road, Fairfax, SC 29827.  

All payments are due by March 1, 2026. Registration costs are below for attendees by age:

  • $150.00 (Ages 18 and up)

  • $75.00 (Ages 13-17)

  • $25.00 (Ages 6-12)

  • $0 – (Ages 0-5)

2. We have blocked a section of rooms for those needing hotel accommodations at Tru by Hilton Downtown and Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia (Both at 400 Gervais Street Columbia, SC). The deadline for reserving rooms at our special room rate is May 14, 2026. Use the link: Capers Family OR contact the hotel directly at 803-862-0500 at your earliest convenience to secure your room (mention Capers Family Reunion).

3. Weekend Activities:

  • Friday, June 5th, Meet and Greet: Held at Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia for an evening of welcoming, fun activities, food and non-alcoholic beverages from 5:00-9:00 pm.

  • Saturday, June 6th, Banquet: A family dinner will be held at Senate’s End starting at 7:00 pm. Dress attire for the occasion is dressy casual.

  • T-shirt and additional weekend activities for Saturday and Sunday will be provided at a later date.
