Thank you for your interest in The CMMS Foundation Back to School Event this upcoming July at Greenview Park Community Center in Columbia, SC. We will be providing backpacks and schools supplies to the kids in the community for the 2026-2027 school year. We will provide the items that day while supplies last! We will announce the official date soon!


VENDORS: To register, complete the form below. You will be provided with the school supplies to give away during the event. You can make your registration payment via Cashapp $CMMSFOUNDATION OR Paypal: thecmmsfoundation@gmail.com.

*NONPROFIT VENDORS: After completing the form, please email documentation verifying your 501c3 classification to plansonus21@gmail.com and your registration fee will be waived.

SPONSORS: Complete the form below if you would like to donate funds or school supplies. You can decide what items and quantities you wish to donate. *You are not required to be present on the day of the event.


VOLUNTEERS: We are always in need of volunteers. If interested, check back soon to sign up!
